Welcome to your ‘Char Dham Yatra – Economy’ tour! Upon your arrival at the Airport/Railway Station in Delhi, you will proceed to Haridwar. Once you reach Haridwar, check-in to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the city on your own. In the evening, you have the opportunity to witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Barkot. Barkot is a charming town nestled in the Rawain Valley of Uttarkashi District, located on the banks of the Yamuna River. The locals here are warm and friendly, and the area has a distinct culture that sets it apart from the rest of Garhwal. Upon arrival in Barkot, check-in to your hotel. The evening is free for you to explore Barkot at your own pace. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

In the morning, proceed to Phoolchatti, the base for the Yamunotri trek. From there, begin your trek (10 kms one way) to reach the revered Yamunotri Temple by afternoon. Seek blessings, perform rituals, and take a dip in the hot springs. Return to Phoolchatti on foot and then proceed to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed to Uttarkashi, a town situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Uttarkashi is renowned for its historical monuments, temples, and ashrams. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple. After darshan, return to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Early morning, embark on a drive to Gangotri, nestled in the majestic Garhwal Himalayas at an altitude of 3048 meters. The Ganges River is known as Bhagirathi at its origin. Visit the revered Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga. It is believed that King Bhagirath worshiped Lord Shiva at this spot and Ganga descended to Earth. The temple, made of white granite, is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure. Later, drive back to Uttarkashi. Enjoy the evening at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After an early breakfast, embark on a picturesque drive to Guptkashi. Pass through Charangikhal, enjoying the breathtaking scenery along the way. You will also pass by the Tehri Dam, an impressive Hydro Project on the Ganges. Upon arrival in Guptkashi, check-in to your hotel. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Sonprayag trek base and start the trek to Kedarnath (3584 meters). On arrival in Kedarnath, check-in to your hotel/camp. The evening is at your leisure. You can visit the Kedarnath Temple or participate in the Pooja ceremony. Pay your respects at the shrine and immerse yourself in the serene and spiritual atmosphere. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, begin the 20-kilometer descent to Guptkashi. En route, you can visit Triyugi Narayan, a sacred place (optional). Upon arrival in Guptkashi, check-in to your hotel. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Post an early breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Badrinath is one of the most revered pilgrimage spots in the country, situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters. It is guarded by the Nar and Narayan Mountain ranges, with the Neelkanth Peak providing a magnificent backdrop. Upon arrival in Badrinath, check-in to your hotel. The rest of the evening is at your leisure. You can visit the Badrinath Temple for the Aarti ceremony. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Early morning, take a holy bath in the Taptakund and proceed for the darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is significant for performing Pinddan Shraddh for ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spots like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the ‘Mukh’ of the Saraswati River, all located within three kilometers of Badrinathjee. Later, proceed to Rudraprayag. Upon arrival in Rudraprayag, check-in to your hotel. The evening is at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed to Haridwar. Upon arrival in Haridwar, check-in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Today, it is time to bid farewell to your ‘Char Dham Yatra – Economy’ tour. You will be transferred to the Airport/Railway Station in Delhi for your onward journey.
